  • How can I buy your products?
    Our products can only be shopped from the website https://diamante.co.in/
  • What if the products are sold out?
    Most of our products are handcrafted jewelries which will be in limited quantity. If in case apart from commercial products you would like to buy a similar handcrafted jewelry, you can choose an artist consultation and make your similar products if the artists are available in our booking section.
  • Is there a warranty on the products ?
    Warranty is not applicable in any of our products. All our jewellery is very delicate and request you to handle them with care.
  • Do you have a service center for repair or polish?
    We are coming up with an subscription model for the same where you can drop the product at one of the drop points partnered with us where you can get the things done.
  • Where is your shop?
    We are exclusively online at this time. We do not have a physical store.
  • Can we get a customized products?
    You can choose an artist from section Book online for this option, where you can explain and design your own products with them based on your needs or desire.
  • What if my product arrives damaged?
    All our products are packed with utmost care, extensive quality check and sturdy packaging. In least likely scenario, if you find any of the products with accidental damage in shipping, we request you to share product image within 5hours of delivery via WhatsApp on +91-9886288209 or email us the same on sales@diamante.co.in Reverse pickup for the same shall be arranged free of cost. In case reverse pickup by courier partner isn’t available in your city, please courier back the order in its original packaging. A Shipping amount of up to Rs.130 is reimbursed by Diamanté to send the parcel back. Refund or Replacement of the product is subjective to approval from Diamanté Store.
  • The product looks different from what i saw on the website
    All product pictures on our Website are Original Self Clicked Images. There is a slight chance of variation in colour of the product due to viewing on different screens. We assure you the best quality always!
  • How do i cancel or return. my order ?
    We request you to carefully choose your products before ordering. We have a strict no exchange, return & Cancellation policy.

    We request you to carefully choose your services before ordering. We have a strict no cancellation policy as once booked we have block the calendar of the artist.
